Renee H. Rodriquez, Franchise Owner

Renee has been with Express Employment Professionals for 20 years. Known for her warm personality, integrity, and professionalism, this business woman has many friends in the Pueblo community. Renee serves on the boards of United Way, Workforce Development, Neighborhood Work and the PCC Foundation. She also chairs personnel committees for United Way and the Latino Chamber of Commerce. In 2006 Renee was awarded Hispanic Business Woman of the Year by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for Region II which includes nine states.

Eric L. Carson, Franchise Owner

Native of the San Luis Valley and graduate of the University of Colorado, Eric is also the president and CEO of Reflections Glass Company, a full-service glass and glazing company servicing the Hawaiian Islands. Eric serves on the board of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. Honolulu, HI recognized Eric for his outstanding service to the Hispanic community and the Governor recently appointed him to the Contractors License Board. A man of many successes, Eric's philosophy is leadership equals success.
